Managing your Account

Instructions on managing your account credentials, updating or canceling your plan, and handling payments & invoices.

Signup & Login

Joining LotPixel is straightforward: head to LotPixel's registration page. For convenience, we recommend using Google or Facebook for quick signup. If you prefer using email, you'll need to input your email address and create a password. A confirmation email will be sent to you; please check your spam, junk, or promotions folder if you can't find it in your inbox. To complete your registration, you need to enter the code from the email on the site.

By signing up, you agree to our Privacy Policy.

If you haven't received a confirmation email, visit the login page and enter your details to prompt the system to resend it. If you still don't receive the email, contact us at [email protected] for assistance.

In case of signup or login difficulties, such as receiving an error message or encountering an unresponsive site, try using a different browser first. If problems persist, email us at [email protected] with any error messages or screenshots for further help.

My Profile

Access your My Profile through the user icon dropdown menu at the top right, selecting "My Profile." Here, you can manage your plan, payment methods, and billing address.

Your Subscription Plan

Your dashboard provides a quick overview of your asset balance and subscription details, including the plan name, renewal date, and pricing. The renewal date is set in UTC, so the actual date may vary based on your location.

Updating Your Subscription Plan

Should you need to adjust your plan due to changes in your asset needs, you can contact us. You can get support by sending an e-mail to [email protected].

Cancelling Your Subscription Plan

Cancel your subscription from the My Profile by selecting "Cancel Subscription." Follow the prompts to confirm. Cancellation sets your subscription to not renew, you can use your remaining assets indefinitely.

Billing and Payments

Edit payment options and billing address, and view past invoices in this section. Click the pencil icon next to "Edit Bill Information" to update your details. We accept major credit cards. Since our company is established in Turkey, Paypal cannot be used in our country. Paypal will be added in the future.

You cannot buy a monthly membership with a debit card. You can buy the annual membership with a debit card. Options for this are presented in the Pricing page.

Deleting Your Account

To request account deletion, email [email protected] from the email linked to your account.

Change password

Change yours password under "Change Password" in your account settings.

Your Purchased Assets

Access your purchased assets under "Activity." These remain available for download indefinitely, regardless of your subscription status. If an asset is unpublished, it will still be visible to you in this section.
